My background and experience

Independent Strategic Design Consultant

I’ve developed a new technique to help reduce the environmental impact of the internet called ‘Decarbonising User Journeys’ and consulting in the Public sector as a user researcher.

(2005 – 2008)
I ran the UX team and was responsible for building the UX proposition and for the UX design across all client accounts.

Intranet Services Manager, Environment Agency

I ran the intranet service and helped to build a culture of UCD within a complex organisation of 11,000 employees distributed across the UK
